To ensure that our patients and carers are able to communicate with us we do have interpreting services for:

  • British Sign Language,

If you are booking an appointment and you, your relative or friend requires an interpreter please ask our team to book one for you.  Please give us as much notice as possible as this helps us to put arrangements in place.

If you would like information provided in an alternative format, for example large print or easy read, or if you need help with communicating with us, for example because you use British Sign Language, please let us know. You can call us on 01235 522379 or email
